The rules
By accessing Voxary services, you agree with the following rules in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with, or cannot abide with these requirements, please cease use of Voxary, Voxary.com and any affiliated services immediately.
- Respect the principles of fair and open conversation. By using Voxary you agree that you may encounter views or opinions that conflict with your own. You are encouraged to provide high-quality informative commentary.
- You will immediately cease and not continue to access Voxary if you are under the legal age of majority in your locale, or otherwise under 18 years of age.
- You will not post, discuss, request, transmit, link, or contribute anything that violates United States law or your local laws.
- You will not post, discuss, request, transmit, link, or otherwise share personal information of any private parties.
- While we do not generally restrict lawful contributions, we do ask that you refrain from pornographic content, harassment, attempts to disrupt the free flow of conversation, or otherwise malicious actions. Voxary reserves the right to moderate at our ultimate discretion.
- You understand that all contributions using Voxary are third-party opinions, and should not relied upon or trusted as facts.
- Sole ownership and responsibility for any contribution is retained by the contributor. Voxary is not responsible for the content or nature of these contributions.
- Voxary sessions are live chat rooms, so think before you post. Voxary will not be held liable for the results of incidental or negligent contributions.
- Refrain from contributing content that may be personally identifiable to you (eg. personal social media pages, account pages, personal documents and webpages, contact information, etc)
- Ownership of all source web pages and content is the exclusive property of the respective owners. Voxary makes no claim or guarantees to the sources referenced or linked by Voxary conversations, and it is provided for reference use only.
- You will not submit false or misclassified reports, or otherwise abuse the reporting system.
- No spamming or flooding of any kind, and no evading spam filters. The use of bots or other automated scripts is prohibited.
- Unofficial advertising in all forms is forbidden—this includes any type of referral linking, soliciting, begging, grifting, streams, guerrilla marketing, etc.
(Sharing of non-referral offers and topic-relevant promotions are allowed.) - Do not contribute shortened URLs, code blocks, or any other content which could be malicious or interpreted as such.
- Users may not post from proxies, VPNs, or Tor exit nodes at this time.
